THE COMPANY

DICKINSON MARINE (1997)LTD is a subsidiary of DICKINSON MANUFACTURING COMPANY LTD a Canadian owned and operated corporation established in 1984. The company continues to manufacture the renowned "Dickinson" line of quality diesel cookstoves, heaters and marine products which have been an important part of the commercial and pleasure boating industry since 1932.

THE OPERATION

The plant occupies 13,000 square feet and is situated 20 minutes east of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and only 30 minutes from the Canada/US border. The manufacturing facility contains a full range of CNC sheet metal fabricating equipment with CAD/CAM programming capability.

The marine product line is firmly established domestically and enjoys an active export market in New Zealand, Holland, Germany, Belgium, U.K., Scandinavia and the USA. DICKINSON USA INC, situated in Everett, Washington, USA is an exclusive shipping warehouse serving the USA market.
